Delete your Lovele Arcade account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in two ways:

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete account, then confirm.
By email: write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We answer within 7 days.

What happens

The account closes immediately: you are signed out and no longer appear in races, the leaderboard or friends lists.
After 14 days it is deleted for good: your profile, heroes and their items, points, race history, friends and devices.
Signing in again within those 14 days cancels the deletion.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example accounting records), and only for as long as it requires.
